Myristica Fragrans Fruit Oil (nutmeg) is an essential oil steam-distilled from the dried kernels of the ripe seeds of the Nutmeg. It contains D-camphene (60-80%), myristicin (about 47%), D-pinene (about 8%), limonene, terpineol, geraniol, safrole (about 2%)
Good for muscular aches and pains. also nervous exhaustion. Avoid use during pregnancy and if taking anti-depressants. We import this Oil straight from the Certified Organic distiller in Sri Lanka.
