For most U.K. mainland destinations only, we offer free Economy delivery on orders over £ 250-00 before VAT. ALL UK economy deliveries can take up to 10 working days to despatch after receipt of funds in our Account.
We despatch goods to UK and Overseas customers by Courier only. The Charges are calculated by gross weight (goods and packaging) per individual parcel of maximum 25 kilos in weight or maximum box size of 45cm x 30cm x 30cm.
Standard Orders are usually despatched within 10 working days after receipt of funds (not from point of receipt of order), and by working days we mean Monday to Friday. Obviously we will always try to ship as soon as we physically can. Our Courier has suspended delivery guarantees during the Pandemic, so we can not absolutely guarantee a timed or scheduled delivery as conditions are out of our control. Please monitor the tracking number we email you online to get most up to date delivery status.
Overseas economy shipments (outside Europe) are not tracked, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Transit times are a lot longer and can take 4 - 6 weeks to some countries like U.S.A. / Canada and Far East.
Lead time is calculated from the time your payment clears our payment portal, and not the time you place your order. There will be occasions when the card company or PayPal will not transfer the funds straight away.
Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and some remote U.K. postcodes which will attract a surcharge are IV, HS, KA, BT, KW,ZE,PA,PH,IM, TR, ZE, AND GY.

PLEASE NOTE **
Customers ordering from Switzerland and Norway will have their orders sent by Airfreight. As a result Liquids must be packed in maximum 1 Litre quantities, or multiples thereof. That means if you want to order 5 Litres of a liquid product, you must order 5 x 1L, 10 Litres order 10 x 1L and so on. This applies to Liquids only.
PLEASE NOTE ***
During busy periods, there will be occasions where it is physically impossible to ship all of the Priority orders on day of receipt, so they will leave the next available working day on a 24 hour service. Priority Orders will still be prioritised over standard deliveries.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier notifying you of the despatch date along with the consignment number allowing you to track the parcel(s) online.
If you have not received your UK destination parcel within 48 hours of despatch, please email us. UK customers will also receive text updates providing you have given us your Cellphone number at point of order.
We deliver the products you order to the address you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate. It is a condition that all orders despatched by courier will require a signature on delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for. Should you advise us to leave your parcels(s) without a signature, we will not be liable for any loss or damages in these circumstances.
If our courier can not find your address, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or returns. We strongly encourage you to list a Cellphone / Mobile number in case the driver needs to contact you for directions.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered and signed for.
Claims for non delivery of goods by courier must be made in writing to us within 21 days from despatch date. Courier will not entertain any claims after this date has passed.
Should your order cost more to despatch than the price listed on the order, we will advise you accordingly. Occasionally there may be a volumetric surcharge for large volumes of lightweight products.
In the event where you fail to take delivery, and no longer want the goods after they have been returned, you are liable for the 2 way carriage fees plus a minimum re-booking fee of £ 10-00 or 15% of the nett value of the order.
