Source
Olive Pomace Oil is extracted from the waste left over after the Olive fruit milling process and is mainly product siphoned off after the oil has been removed. This 'mass' comprises of Fruit Flesh, Olive stones or pits and waxes. This by-product is then remilled to isolate the remaining oil still remaining after the earlier production. The solvent is mixed into the product and is then heated to remove as much of the remaining Pomace Oil as possible.
