Leucidal SF MAX is a colourless to Yellow liquid, which is slightly hazy on inital inspection. Leucidal SF MAX powerful probiotic-based ingredient created by the fermentation of Lactobacillus in a defined growth medium.

Manufacturer highlights it is important to note that this material is not a preservative – but a multifunctional active with antimicrobial properties.
Additives, such as the Lactobacillus Ferment (Leucidal SF Max) will allow formulators to combine a broad spectrum antimicrobial and moisturising active, whilst simultaneously capitalising on the consumer trend of “probiotics” in both nutrition and personal care.
This multifunctional active, based on the fermentation of Lactobacillus acidophilus, provides a sustainable and controlled active material which is gentle on both our environment and our skin.
Suggested use level is 2.0 – 4.0%. There may be compatability issues blending with Xanthan Gum and Hyaluronic Acid.
