Pure Cypress Hydrolat can be blended with Rose Otto Hydrolat, Chamomile Roman Hydrolat or Orange Flower Hydrolat to create a natural toner and cleanser. Our Certified Organic Cypress Hydrolat is produced in Spain and does not have any fragrance, preservatives or emulsifying ingredients added. They should not be compared to man-made Floral Waters or Toilet Waters.
