Specification

D-Panthenol is a clear colourless liquid. It contains a minimum of 75% (R)-Panthenol in water stabilized with 1% D-pantolactone.

Qualities

Panthenol improves and increases the humidity properties of the skin (moisturising effect), it also makes dry skin softer and more elastic. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and soothes irritated skin and it helps to heal minor wounds (shaving, skin grazes and blisters) Very popular in hair care products.
