Returns / Rejections
In the event you have a complaint about an ingredient or to return a delivery, please contact us by email in the first instance, listing Invoice / Order number, Email address, Product name and Telephone number. We will then investigate and reach a conclusion as quickly as possible. If we agree to recall the product / ingredient / delivery we will issue a returns number. Do not send a product / parcel back without first getting a returns number. Goods / Parcels must then be returned to us within 3 days from receipt.
All returned goods must be in an unused / unopened condition with packaging intact and in original condition on receipt. You cannot return used or opened products, specially sourced or any blended products as these are created to order.
You are responsible for the safe and accurate return of goods, so be sure to get proof of despatch in the event of damage or loss in transit back to us.
Where there has been no error on our part with the original order, as soon as we have safely received the returned goods, we will issue you with a refund for the cost of the goods. We do not refund the cost of sending the goods to you or returning the goods to us.
