Returns / Rejections / Cancellations
In the event you have a complaint about an ingredient or a delivery, please contact us by email in the first instance within 72 hours from receipt, listing Invoice number, Email address, Product name and Telephone number. We will then investigate and reach a conclusion as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to decline returns. In the situation where we agree to recall a product / ingredient / delivery we will first issue a returns number. Do not send a product / parcel back without first getting a returns number. Goods / Parcels must then be returned to us within 7 days from agreement.
On arrival at our premises, all returned goods must be in an unused / unopened condition with original packaging intact and in original condition on receipt. You cannot return used or opened products, specially sourced or any blended products as these are created to order.
You are responsible for the safe and accurate return of goods, so be sure to get proof of despatch in the event of damage or loss in transit back to us.
Where there has been no error on our part with the original order, as soon as we have safely received the returned goods, we will issue you with a refund for the cost of the goods ( before VAT) minus a 15% handling fee. We do not refund the cost of sending the goods to you or returning the goods to us.
If you wish to cancel your order before despatch and goods are already packed and ready, we will refund your payment minus the original transaction charge, as Bank fees / credit card charges are not recoverable plus a 15% restocking fee.
